Delivery and Postage
FREE Standard Delivery is offered on all orders over £100 to UK mainland addresses.
All delivery charges are based on the total order value and are per order.
Deliveries are usually made Monday - Friday between 8.00am and 5.00pm.

Premier Service
You can upgrade the Standard Delivery service to our Premier Delivery Service. This service gives you a Next Working Day full track and trace facility and a text message giving you the one hour time slot during which your parcel will be delivered. Orders to be delivered under this service need to be placed by 1.00pm for delivery the following working day (excluding weekends and bank holidays). This service is available UK mainland only, excluding Scottish Highlands.
Regional Variations to Deliveries and Delivery Charges
Deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Scilly Isles are not available on a next working day service and regional surcharges may apply.
Regional Delivery Surcharges
Didicar uses a Door to Door Courier service for the majority of UK deliveries. This is essential as it allows us to provide you with proof of delivery.
However all Courier companies that provide this service band the UK by post code for the calculation of their delivery charges. There is a Standard Delivery Charge for most of the UK but there are surcharges applicable to some areas of the UK. These are usually addresses outside mainland UK or more remote addresses within mainland UK.
In order to limit the amount payable we do subsidise the regional surcharges and hence the surcharge applied to these areas is not as high as that paid by the didicar Company.
Regional Delivery Surcharges are added after any delivery promotion offer has been applied.
Direct Deliveries 
Some of our larger toys will be delivered to you direct from our manufacturers by courier within 3-4 working days of order. Unfortunately the next day Premier Delivery Service is not available for these items. Please see individual product pages to see if the next day service is available for that product. These products are marked with a LORRY icon.
